Mafato-A-Kgoale is the Limpopo provincial government’s Local Economic Development (LED) programme, a partnership between the European Commission and the Limpopo Department of Local Government and Housing. LED is an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach aimed at poverty alleviation through pro-poor economic growth.
